When the players gets accepted, to become a GM...

Okay, so Matt & I have discussed, What level , will the accepted people get,
So, First When you become a GM : You will get a level 2
Than For few days we will be looking at you, and how you do your job
Than We decide, if we De GM you,stay as level 2 Or Make you Level 3
Level 2 : Intern
Level 3 : GM
